This 2013 Heartland Greystone 33CL Rear Lounge 5th wheel camper has three slides, including a king size bed, and a mega bathroom. It has a 40" LCD TV, theater seating, fireplace, plumbing for a washer and dryer, and so many more extras. 

This camper features two a/c units and has a 50 amp service. The couch has an air mattress w/built in compressor. It also features aluminum rims, an electric patio awning, bath skylight, security lights and much more. 

The camper has always been completely (enclosed) garaged and kept clean. Twice a year I would clean and treat the roof as well as washing and waxing the exterior. As by the pictures, I am very particular and have taken excellent care of this camper. I also have an extended warranty that will transfer to the new owner. 

The reason for selling is that our children are so involved with sports and other activities, that we can only use it a couple weekends out of the year.
