United NW Federal Credit Union in Norton, KS. Who are we? We're a hot mess of awesomeness that all happen to work in the same building doing the same thing.

What do we do here? We make people happy. Specifically, United NW Federal Credit Union Members - they're pretty fantastic people and we like them to know it. Your job will be to make them smile. Job titles aside, that's pretty much what everyone here does.                                 

ROLES                                                                                              

If you think you can hang with the above, let's get you a few more details on what you would do here. The position is called a Member Service Rep. (MSR) and you would work directly with United NW Federal Credit Union Members on a wide variety of services and advise them best as to how to use our products and services to meet personal financial goals; opening new accounts and Share Certificates; assist customers with checkbooks; process credit card/loan applications for customer; manages outgoing wires; close accounts and more! We want you to build relationships with our Members so when they have a financial need, they think of you first. That means you'll need to have a great smile and be an active listener.

Whether in person, on the phone or via email, we expect every Member to have a great experience when they deal with a Member Service Rep. You'll need to know our various products and services well and help the Member determine which will help them reach their goals. Don't worry, you'll get product training, service training and experience training. Everything you need. This position works 40 hours, Monday through Friday.
