Looking for someone to take my lease in December in a 4 bedroom apartment. We don't care if it is male or female. Currently 3 girls living here. Just a block from campus!! We are all really laid back and easy to get along with! Rent is only $287.50 all bills paid except cable and Internet. We only got internet so it is only $12 per person for Internet. No washer and dryer unit is in the house but our landlord has property next door that has a unit that we just use. We do live in the middle of all the partying so if u are looking for somewhere super quiet and away this is not the place, but if u like to go out on the weekends and have fun then this would be a perfect fit!
