Flat bottom fiberglass boat planned to make into a small house boat.  Like all great "DREAMS" money involved never completed the project.  Motor controals still with unit  for out board motor.

Have some storage in unit and the cat does not go with the boat.  He is my personal helper , my shadow,  requires popcorn every night, and sleeps on the foot of the bed with my wife and myself,   Actually the boss in the family to be honest about it.

Will take $100 dollars for  the flat bottom.  Also have a couple small boat motors may be selling.  One a small 3 horse Evinrude folds in center carried in a suitcase.  Stored in motorhome and rented small boat at lakes.  Also noticed in the back ground another boat, made the trailer into a golf car carrier.  Boat $100 as would make niice unit to keep at sandpit fishing.
