Sheridan County Health Complex Long Term Care is currently accepting applications for a full-time MDS Coordinator.  This person is responsible for assuring the timely completion of accurate assessments and interdisciplinary care plans that meet Federal and State guidelines.  Included is indetifying resident acuity and needs, helping to determine specific care needs and communicating needs/expectations to families and responsible parties.

Candidates must be a registered nurse with one year previous experience in a long term care environment and knowledge of MDS and Care plan process preferred.
