This is a clean unit that has passed all inspection points thus far. Refrigerator and water heater both have option of being powered by propane or electricity (both working). AC is cold and fully functioning. Stove and oven also work fine.

This unit is clean and non-smoking with no damage. Exterior decals show some signs of weathering but this unit has no other major blemishes. There are 2 slide outs, 3 roof vents and 1 skylight over the shower.
