TRACT 1

The East Half (E/2) and the Southwest Quarter (SW/4) and the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E/2NW/4) of Section Three (3) Township Six (6) South, Range Nineteen (19) West of the 6th P.M., Rooks County, Kansas being 546 acres more or less EXCEPTING a 3.45 acres tact that has been surveyed and is being retained by family.

General Description: Approx. 273.8 acres of cropland with the balance being pasture with Bow Creek passing through this tract. All but 67 acres of the crop land has been put back to grass but still carries the crop acres as provided by the FSA office.

General Description: This tract is all fenced pasture consisting of native and 48.04 acres expired CRP grasses. There is a pond that provides water to this tract and has fences.
