1997 Chevy K1500 Z71
Currently has 196,705 miles with records to show I had a new engine put in at 173,600 miles and a new transmission put in at 176,100 miles. I can send more pictures if necessary.
Parts that have been replaced in the past few years:Fuel pump, water pump, driver side interior door handle, new headlights, all four ball joints, belt & belt tensioner, AC compressor & accumulator(system flushed and recharged, AC blows ice cold). Transfer case motor and transfer case control module.
Heater works great, push button 4x4 works great, power windows, power locks, keyless entry, power driver seat, lumbar support, original owners manual, tilt steering wheel, cruise control, have stock wheels with tires and a toolbox if wanted, husky floor mats(front and back), rhino lined bed. Lift consists of a 3" body lift with the gap guards and bumper relocators to cover the gap from the lift. Then 2" blocks in the rear and a leveling kit for the front. True dual exhaust with 2.5" pipe, "X" pipe, high flow catalytic converters, and stainless exhaust tips. 33x12.5x15 hankook tires on 15x10 Eagle alloy rims.
Cons: it does have the infamous Chevy rust at the bottom of the cab and the passenger side fender, the gas gauge works but the needle is off, when you fill up the tank the needle goes past the F, so if the needle is on1/4 tank then you're actually empty.
