I have five of my last seven turkeys for sale. One Nagarasette Tom, one Red Bourbon tom, one white Royal Palm hen, and four other hens either Nagarasette or Red Bourbons. I underestimated my freezer space and time it would take me to butcher that many birds, so now I am selling them for what I have into them. I think butcher weight would be about 12 to 13 lbs finished, but I have very little experience in that area. So butcher them, fatten them up a little, or use them to hatch some chicks in the spring.
