I HAVE REASON TO BELIVE HE MY BE IN THE CAWKER CITY AREA,,,  STOLEN  CHIHUAHUA  ,, FROM  PORTIS    

, Some one came onto our property , Saturday night  between 4:30 and 11:00 ,, 1/9/16   116 state street  and walked east from there vehicle removed the hook and took my dog and drove east on to 281 .. He is 12 years old . Light brown with what i would say racoon eyes .. he has bad teeth .. If some one has just got a small male chiuahua that is old it is most likely him .. This is the third time he has been stolen .. The first time we think the people took him and bread him for a week. And when they was done they brought him back.. so i had to go get him at the Sheriff  there .. I WANT MY DOG BACK ... I have contacted th Osborne Sheriff and it is being investagated .. If you can help me get him back i shure would be thankfull .. He was my Brother Richard's dog and Richard Passed away 9 years ago this march and he is the last of my brothers animals left .
