Below are the listings we can show Feb. 26 and 27.  Upon mutual agreement, annual contracts will be signed soon after we have checked references. We rent exclusively to FHSU students.  Each house or apartment is advertised separately too often with pictures.  The pictures above are from all the houses.

All are CLOSE-IN.  Smoking and pets are disallowed.  We're interested in student groups with skills and commitment to keep a clean home.  All units have High-Efficiency CH and CA which helps keep energy bills far lower than average. Owners are responsive and provide yard, snow, and other maintenance. 

APARTMENTS

405W 6th  #1   Large, CLEAN and beautiful 3-BR' Just a block and a half from campus. Quality with spacious LR. Excellent storage.  Beautiful modern kitchen with eating area includes dishwasher, side-by-side refrig w/ ice & water in the door, and stove with self-cleaning oven. 

Big single bathroom with large vanity.  Large sunny BRs feature tall colonial-style windows and spacious closets that are "walk-in" OR have double mirrored sliding doors.  Apartment comes with washer and dryer, access to storm shelter,  a shared patio area where a barbecue can be placed and an off-street parking lot.  Rent is $360 per student.  (Heat and Central Air are both rated high-efficiency so bills are low.

HOUSES

408 W 13th  CLEAN, CUTE 4-BR with full updated bath. Just 10 minute walk to FHSU from your back door. Three literally HUGE BR's and one regular-sized BR. 206 W 4th   CUTE CLEAN 5-BR with TWO baths.  Three average size BR's up. Two somewhat larger BR's in basement.  Remodeled kitchen with DW, refrig, and glass top stove opens to separate table area. Two living rooms. Utility area has newer washer and dryer.  All new windows and basement escape windows.  Yard/snow maintenance provided.  Good on-street/off-street parking.  Bills shared by renters are helped with this house's Hi-Efficiency CH and CA.  Rent is $330 per person with 5 students.
