I am needing someone to take over my lease asap. I want to be out before March 1st. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. It has a refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, garbage disposal, and a shed in the back that is split down the middle. Hardwood floors except in bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom has a walk in closet with built-in shelves. Bills are not included, but are relatively cheap. The landlord is going to end my lease and start a year lease for the new tenant. A deposit is required at signing of the total amount of rent. If that is hard to come up with, the landlord may be willing to make arrangements.There are no pets allowed, of any kind. No smoking.
