*** Directions to the farm: From Victoria head 10 miles south on Pfeifer Road. Once you enter Pfeifer from the north you will go through town until you can take the first right. You will see a great big grey barn. If you go by the church you have gone too far.

*** Please have been asking how much our goats will weigh, will they make fair weight? Well the simple answer to that is Yes! Our January born kids averaged 59 lbs. at weaning and our February born kids averaged 44 lbs. at weaning. We had several that we weaned 10 days ago and gained 6 lbs in those 10 days. Good genetics and good feed do amazing things.

Some have said our sale is too late but just think about this, a months less feed for you to buy! We are going to have some dynamite kids to sell at this sale. Please plan on joining us.

 Most will be born in January and February and maybe a few in March. Most will be sired by our two main herd sires, Rocker who has 65 ennoblement points and whose daughters were Junior Champion and Reserve Junior Champion percentage does at the 2015 Kansas State Fair, or “Oh My Word” who is our young sire that has both an ennobled sire and ennobled dam. Oh My Words sire sold last weekend for $17,500. We are very excited about this young buck. The first 28 kids on the ground look amazing. There is a possibility that there may be a red one or two as well.

Last year the top 12 goats at the Ellis County Fair, two county champions, and many class winners came from our farm. We look forward to many more wins coming from our farm this year.
