I have a 15 lb dog and a cat, both 4.5 years old and well trained, so the place must be pet friendly. Hoping to find an apartment with yard access and away from the college area. I'm a young professional who is employed by DSNWK and have been for 5+ years. Looking for a long term rental, have lived in current apartment for 4 years. Would like to find something affordable that wouldn't exceed $500 monthly including basic bills. Trying to avoid getting a roommate  so that I can ensure the property is well taken care of and maintained. I'm very handy and willing to help with deep cleaning or minor repairs if needed.
