I am posting this for a friend. He has a  house in Lucas, Kansas for sale. It is currently in the process of being remodeled and having some issues taken care of. My friend has had some health issues and can't continue working on it. It would make a great hunting and fishing cabin as it is close to Wilson Lake. It has 3 bedrooms( 2 up and one on ground floor) and one bathroom with washer and dryer hook-ups in the bathroom. It has gas lines but is currently being heated with a wood stove.
