This Pub shed would be great for entertaining.  The covered deck is 10' by 8' feet to shade you from the sun on those hot days.  The inside is finished complete with lamenate flooring, lights and outlets for items such as a mini fridge or microwave.  The shed uses standard RV hook-up like a motorhome for both the power and plumbing.  There is plumbing and an outlet in place for adding a point of use water heater if buyer would want to.  

All outlets are GFCI protected and the exterior outlet above the bar top includes an HDMI port for mounting a flat screen TV above the bar.  

Delivery can be arranged however it will cost extra depending on distance and difficulty, and I am limited on how far I am willing to travel.
