We are looking for a girl roommate preferably (will consider guys if we feel comfortable). We are renting a nice three bedroom house and want to try to bring the rent down by having three people instead of two. You would be getting the basement bedroom to yourself. There is a door that goes to the stairs to the basement. We would be sharing the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. We are easy people to get along with, and are pretty chill. We are really easy to talk to and are willing to go out of our way to be helpful. We estimated that the most we would pay would be 300 but it could be cheaper than that. We do not want any parties at the house. We ourselves do not drink a lot, if that gives an idea of what we prefer.
