Job Description:

Seeking a self-motivated, efficient and experienced housekeeper to be primarily responsible for cleaning units in preparation for new tenants.   Must be willing to take on other tasks as workload dictates and work additional time as needed to meet the demands of scheduled move-ins.

Duties:

1. Cleaning vacant apartments and preparing them for new residents
2. General office cleaning and cleaning of common areas
3. Trash pickup and removal
4. Cleaning of occupied units when needed, such as after maintenance staff has performed work
5. Weed spraying and light lawn maintenance
6. Painting skills a plus
7. Assist in maintaining the inventory of equipment and supplies
8. Running errands as needed
9. Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience cleaning
• Must stay on task, be honest and hard working
• Able to travel out of town and work overtime as needed
• Able to take direction and complete tasks independently
• Able to meet scheduled deadlines
• Able to perform physical labor for extended periods
• Must be professional at all times and able to work well with other staff and tenants

Hours:

Standard working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week standard.
Overtime may be required, especially May-August.  Occasional weekends. 
Must be willing to complete time sensitive projects after regular hours when necessary.
Must be willing to travel, sometimes on short notice.
