We need a male roommate to fill the fourth spot on the lease of our duplex. Lease begins June 1st.

It's a 4 bedroom house with 2 full bath, two rooms upstairs and two downstairs. One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs.

Two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs.

Washer and dryer included, full kitchen (appliances included), and a back porch.

Rent is $300 plus bills, a deposit equal to a month of rent is due at the signing date.

Duplex is located at 2509 Indian Trail.

Off street parking.

We are friendly and wouldn't mind at all to meet up to talk more. We are college student attending FHSU.
