2010 model Horned cowVery nice conformation and thickness, well made! Guessing weight about 1100-1200 lbs. sound and healthy. Stays home in pasture, produces #1 requested after roping calf every year, has been my #1 highest producing momma on selling offspring.Bred different this year. Been exposed oct-Jan to the son of a three time longest horned champion cow. Then herd gathered together and was exposed to five different horned bulls through April. So she should be bred.Fine to gather, ok to work/sort (prefers her space). I work her new born calf every year but she is protective of it. Never had any troubles calving. 25-67 lb calves she's produced. Good mother, good milker calves grow well. Always settles right away when breeding.I've owned her from a virgin heifer. Had all her shots then and bangs'd then. My whole herd I've bought virgins or home raised. Bulls and cows all clean and same. First year we used her to rope....... But she was so fast and smart she was unropable the whole summer including #5-6 outside ropers trying. It was a lot of fun! That's why her calves are requested every year great ropers!! But they are easy to work.Reason for selling she HATES dogs!!! I use my herd dogs all the time, and I think too much of them to keep the cow around and risk injury to them. Needs to go to a open range ranch or a ranch without working dogs. But is really good at keeping coyotes away from the herd.
