Very nice unit! The cart has just been repainted with a new seat, new puncture resistant tires, new tubes. In addition to the puncture resistance the tires also have an extra liner in them to make them even more puncture proof! All of cart is in super good condition. The harness is in good shape and fits small to medium ponies. It is now adjusted to fit about a 40 inch pony but will adjust up pretty easily.
