Gove County Medical Center Long Term Care Facility in Quinter, Kansas is seeking a Director of Nursing to manage our 37-bed long term care facility and 9 independent living apartments.  The DON must demonstrate strong administrative and leadership skills and be able to motivate, lead, develop and support staff members in a positive manner.  The ideal candidate must also possess interpersonal communication and team building skills.

Requirements for this position are:  must have a current Kansas RN license and thorough knowledge of state and federal regulations.  Prefer the applicant ot have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing with experience in resident-centered care.
