It has everything just needs the tank and everything put back on. I took it all off to relocate the shocks to lower the back. Starts right up, does need to be timed. This is a really rare Harley and there was only about 300 made in 84 and it's the first year for this model, and there was even fewer made with the solid rear wheel.
