I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my apartment located at 708 W 12th St.  It's a spacious 1 room apartment that includes a washer and dryer (very convenient).  The rent is 525.00 per month plus electrical (which has been around 75 dollars per month).  The apartment is located right across the street from the FHSU campus, so if you are a student it is in a great location.  I am looking for someone to take over the lease starting in July and would run through April 30th, 2017.  I have already paid the deposit for this apartment and will forfeit it to whoever takes over the lease, so you will NOT have to pay any deposit.  The first thing that you would have to pay is July's rent which would be due by July 5th.  This apartment is available to move into whenever before July 1st with a discussion with me.  The landlord which is Professional Rental Management here in Hays pays for the internet, water, and trash for the apartment.
