Easy handicap entrance,  full kitchen furnished with washer/dryer.  Living room has queen hide-a-bed also a queen mattress which can be put down on floor and a blow-up bed.  Located on E76 HWY across the bridge from the Branson landing in Holiday Hills gated area with 18 hole golf course, Olympic in-door swimming pool as 2 out door swimming pools. Tennis court and a catch/release fishing pond near the condo.  Parking in front of unit. Nice quiet location with wooded area, nice for long walks which you might see deer roaming the area. NO PETS ALLOWED. 

We rent according to the following nights with cleaning fee + damage refundable deposit.

 2 nights @ $225.00 + $75.00 cleaning fee + $100.00 refundable fee.

3 nights @ $315.00 + $75.00 cleaning fee + $100.00 refundable fee.

4 nights @ $400.00 + $75.00 cleaning fee + $100.00 refundable fee.

5 nights @ $480.00 + $75.00 cleaning fee +$100.00 refundable fee.

6 nights @ $550.00 + $75.00 cleaning fee + $100.00 refundable fee.

7th night is FREE.

We furnish a canister of coffee, tea along with bagels, cream cheese & peanutbutter for your first morning start.
