On Sunday, September 11, 2016, you will have the opportunity to learn creative strategies for life’s challenges! 

Laurita Burbach, LSCSW, Ph.D, will present an informal, interactive program discussing how stress can affect our bodies, how life experiences cause us to experience stress in different ways, and tools to identify and measure the impact of stressors.  A simple menu of strategies and solutions of healthy responses to the challenges that we face living life will be incorporated and practiced during the presentation. 

Participants will have the opportunity to share experiences, but there absolutely will be no pressure to participate or share. There will be information for all, and all are welcome!
