Bethesda place is a home and farm work environment for men with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a program manager to work alongside each resident, providing direct support while directing their daily activities in such a way that they are most likely to succeed. The program manager also directs the part-time staff in the ways they can best help the men complete their tasks and meet their personal goals.

Special Education, managerial, teaching, agricultural, or industrial arts experience would all be beneficial in this job. Seeking an individual who is not only caring but self-motivated and who has a natural ability to motivate others, delegate responsibility, and follow through on a multitude of tasks. A good work ethic, clear communication and an ability to think “outside of the box” are necessary. 

Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, with some flexability.

Extensive on the job training will be provided
