Jackknife couch folds down into bed, table and booths fold into bed with a full bed in the back. Weight distribution hitch with sway control included along with some pans, silverware coffee pot, clip on towing mirrors, new crank down scissor jacks to replace the front jacks. 1 20lb propane bottle is full, unsure how much is in the other bottle. Also has light hail damage on the left side
