We have a 2002 jam electric car. We bought it new in 2002 and used it for many years. In 2013 we put a smart charger in it. And replace the batteries. Last year it had to go in for a warranty repair for the new controller board. Ever since we got it back it is had some diminished range. They claim it could go 20 miles on a full charge and 20 miles an hour. We used to be able to use it all day or more on the farm on a single charge. But now with the diminished batteries it's good for short trips or partial days around the farm. We recently upgraded to the Polaris Ranger EV and have not been driving this one.
