Pop up camper w/ decent tires..single axel..does not require tags..needs a new part for sink to work..used at the lake (even through heavy storms) & kids would have sleepovers in the yard in it..would be great for hunting camper or spare for kids..electric & outlets work..sleeps 4 + the table folds down to sleeper...
