Bethesda place is a home and farm work environment for men with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a residential manager to manage the home, dietary, and residential needs of the men who reside at Bethesda. 

Special Education, managerial, teaching, and culinary experience would all be beneficial in this job. Seeking an individual who is not only caring but self-motivated and who has a natural ability to motivate others, delegate responsibility, and follow through on a multitude of tasks. A good work ethic, clear communication and an ability to think “outside of the box” are necessary. 

Hours are flexible but will require a significant number of evening and weekend hours.

Extensive on the job training will be provided
