I am needing someone to take over my lease which is until May. I live in the unfinished basement but it is a huge space and a lovely deal. Rent is $275 and bills are around $100 a month. There are 3 other roommates upstairs which are girls. You share the kitchen and bathroom and there is a washer and dryer in the house. $50 pet deposit. November rent already paid!
