Decently sized room. Excellent closet space and 1 bathroom that is split between 2 others. Living room is huge and spacious for all kinds of activities. We have a washer and dryer so you won't have to worry about going to the cleaners. We are super close to the Fort Hays football stadium and also in superb location for school.
