I'm I have a delta single lid aluminum tool box for sale, the latches and lift cylinders work great with no issues and each latch is keyed so it can be locked. This is the low profile style of tool box so it will only sit about an 1.5"-2" on top of the bed rails, was originally in my 1986 Chevy half ton when I bought it but I put a my tool box in it and now I have no need for this one. It's taking up too much space in my garage want it gone asap. May be willing to do some trading for some Chevy k10 parts or SBC parts. 

Measuring 70"x20" at the top section that sits on the top side of bed rails and 60"x20" at the bottom that hangs inside of the bed with an overall depth of 15" from the bottom of the box to the topside of the lid. Call or text if interested 785-798-0198 thanks. Will get pictures posted soon.
