The US Army Corps of Engineers are currently advertising for a 182 acre grazing lease located near the intersection of Highways 232 and 181.  The lease is a five year term and will allow 1 animal unit per 10 acres.  No more than 18.2 animal units will be allowed.  Solar well and tire tank watering system onsite.

The hay lease is located at Lucas Park.  The lease is a five year term and will allow haying one time per year between July 1-31.  Total acreage hayed will vary from 263.3 acres on odd years (2017, 2019, 2021) and 274.8 acres on even years (2018, 2020). *Acreages are an approximation of hayable land*

Leases will be awarded through a sealed bid process that closes on 4 January 2017.
