Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital - Housekeeping Department is looking for a Full-time Housekeeping Supervisor. 

•  Full-Time position available

• Inspects, evaluates and participates in the cleanliness of TCLMH

• Periodically inventories equipment and supplies.

• Properly hires, orients, trains, evaluates and disciplines personnel.

• Schedules personnel to ensure proper coverage of TCLMH.

• Conducts performance evaluations in a timely and measurable manner.

• Participates in management, QA and infection control programs.

• Serves on the Safety Committee.

• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations and standards.

• Develops, evaluates and implements departmental policies.

• Prepares, evaluates and controls the department's annual budget.
