1970 Chevelle with a 454 engine in it that was rebuilt a few years ago. It is NOT the original engine. It has a TH400 automatic transmission and the 12 bolt positraction rear end has 4:11 gears that were replaced a few years ago. Power brakes. Manual steering. Mufflers were replaced approx 3 years ago. It has SS 454 trim but unknown whether it is a real SS car. Unfortunately in 1970 you cannot determine that by the VIN. The VIN is 136370K160431. I do not have documentation as to whether it is a SS car or not. According to a few Chevelle "experts" it is either a true SS or an exact replica. It was an original 4 speed car (the clutch pedal is still under dash). I have a clear title. I'd say it's an 8 out of 10 condition. Black, vinyl interior with bucket seats. Console shifter. The cowl induction is not hooked up. If you're looking for an un-raced car this isn't it. The previous owner raced it for several years and my daughter raced it for 2-3 years.
