This is an Evenflo baby car seat.  It has a removable top so you can pop it off easy while the bottom part still stays locked into the car.  The top part can then be carried out of the car with the child still in it.  It is still in great shape with no tears or holes anywhere on it.  There is a little bit of dirt on it from storage, which can be washed off. All the buckls are in working order.
