A 24 yr old man looking for a new roommate for 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt. Located at 5th Street apartments in Hays Kansas so it's within walking distance of campus. Rent is $650 split between two people. Water, electric, and trash are all paid by the landlord. Roommate must be willing to pay half the internet bill with me, $35 per person but I may be willing to downgrade to less expensive internet package. Gender does not matter to me I have lived with both without issue. The apt is not particularly spacious but is not cramped by any means. What I liked most was the condition of the apt. Nothing is broken or damaged. Also the landlord says NO PETS ALLOWED I'm usually pretty quiet so please no partying. Current roommate will prolly leave sometime in late May.
