Caretaker/Foreman

We are looking for an able-bodied, hard working, honest, reliable, non-smoking, mature couple for a permanent position as hands-on caretakers to manage/maintain a Mountain Retreat in the Colorado Rockies.

FARM BACKGROUND HIGHLY PREFERRED

Forestry - Experience with forestry work including cutting/slashing with a chainsaw and grubbing.           Forestry degree desirable, but not required.

Structures - Responsibility for operating and maintaining residential structures (Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Ventilation, Carpentry, Painting, etc.).

Equipment/Vehicles - Experience with/aptitude for operating, servicing, and maintaining vehicles, equipment, and small engines (Dump Truck, Backhoe, Dozer, Motor Grader, Track Skid Steer, automobiles, etc.).

Horses - Prior experience with horses and their care/exercise desirable.

On site housing provided, plus salary and bonus.
