Did you know that according to EPA Rule, any contractor — from plumbers to electricians to painters — who disturbs lead paint while working in a pre-1978 home, school or day care center must be Lead-Safe Certified? The NCRPC is sponsoring Lead-Safe Work Practices Training at two convenient locations in Hays on April 4 and in Beloit on April 5.
