Most of the main things have been replaced with new items!!

Very good condition.  Used for 2 years.  1 year all winter and the other year a month in summer.  Then used for 3 years, 2 week vacations.   Always stored in shed.  Stored for many years and not used. Then started using for 1 weekend a year at lake only 30 miles away. 

2010 Installed new gooseneck adapter and new brake control, installed new refrigerator, installed 2 new roof vents, removed and cleaned furnace and replaced and tested.  Replaced most of the L P lines.  Checked operation of water heater.  Checked whole water system, drain & holding tanks.

2012 Replaced light wiring.  Put in new toilet and all plumbing on it.  Replacecd all 4 brakes. Rewired and installed drum & brake kits.

2013  Put on a roof sealer over whole roof and recaulked roof all windows and most of the other caulking.

Has always been well cared for.  All upholstery & carpet in very good condition. Sleeper sofa is queen size
