Job Responsibilities:

The Sales Correspondent is responsible for processing new customer orders promptly and accurately, quoting products with appropriate lead times, communicating frequently and professionally with customers via phone, e-mail, fax, etc. to achieve consistent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

This is a team atmosphere requiring excellent communication skills with the customer base, as well as all internal company team members.  A successful candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and supports the Guiding Principles of Cross.

Desired Qualifications:

·      Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills

·      Effective time management and a sense of urgency

·      Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office products

·      Strong organizational skills

·      Prior customer service experience preferred
