First Care Clinic is seeking applications for the position of Patient Care Coordinator.  Applicants must have a current RN or LPN license.  This position focuses on preventative care.  Patients are contacted to ensure preventative care is scheduled, completed and that results are recieved.  Applicants must have the ability to educate and counsel patients on preventative care and chronic health issues.  This position also assists in preparing and presenting educational classess for patients.  The Patient Care Coordinator will provide coverage in the medical clinic as needed.
