Basement- 1 bedroom, 1 bath(full bath with a tub), living room, and full kitchen. You are able to walk in the back door and go straight to the basement. Available as soon as possible. Rent is $350 per month, all bills paid except wifi and cable. Two females live upstairs and are friendly.
