• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience in Ag/Commercial Lending, with a background in credit analysis.

• The candidate should also have strong leadership, planning and organization skills, excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex facts to a variety of people.

The right individual will be customer service focused; detail oriented; and has the ability to work with limited supervision, but in a team environment.
