Description

***PRICED TO MOVE!... Very nice 2011 Evergreen Ever-lite 34' BHK-DS travel trailer. Half-ton towable. 1 mega slide out. Central air-conditioning and heating. Elec/gas water heater. Two flat screen TV's/DVD players, stereo system with outdoor speakers, outdoor kitchen with fridge & pullout propane cook top. Queen bed in front bedroom, 3 bunks in back bedroom, u-shaped dinette converts to sleeping, sleeper sofa. (Basically sleeps 7-9 comfortably). It has an auxillary AC (roll around unit that connects to a duct, but we've never used it. (Roof-mount AC keeps up just fine). Two propane bottles. Large kitchen sink, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave. Bathroom with shower/tub/sink/toilet. Large electric awning. Lots of storage and cabinets. Storage under bed also. Tinted windows. Good tires (with very few miles on them). Outdoor shower. Electric front jack. Hitch and stablizer bars/anti-sway included. We were the second owners, and have always winterized & shedded it in the off-season. The fiberglass skin/graphics are showing some fade, but it's still a good looking camper. The awning over the slide out has started to tear along the edges, but still serves it's purpose. The only real issue is that the slide room came in crooked one time, and gouged the linoleum floor in two spots. We took it to Hawley Bros, and had the timing corrected. The floor blemishes easily cover with rugs. I was told that this brand has the quality & insulation ratings of an airstream trailer. It appears to be holding it's value; Current NADA/Blue Book average retail = $27,600. We're pricing it at $19,000 obo, in hopes of selling before winter, so it doesn't have to go back in the shed. We're sad to get rid of such a good camper, but kid activities next year just aren't going to allow us to get much use after 2017. -We'll throw in the deck, carpets, and kitchen kiddie step if you want them.
