The SELF-DEFENSE TRAINING has been CANCELLED.....

Time: 9:00 a.m. to noon

Location: Trego Community High School—wrestling room (1200 Russell Avenue, come in the east-facing door)

Cost: No cost to attend

Ages: Must be 15 or older to participate

 What to wear:

• Sleeved T-shirt that falls below your belt-line—no tank tops. 
• Shorts or pants need to have a drawstring so they don’t come off. 
• Strongly suggested:  women—sports bra; men—cup

What to expect: 

• Expand your awareness and avoid danger
• De-escalate threatening situations
• Learn how to trust your instincts
• Learn basic self-defense techniques

A light lunch for participants will be served following the training.
