Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital - Administrative Staff is looking for full-time Chief Financial Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares, manages, and provides guidance on the TCLMH budget.
  • Directs and participates in the development of accounting, admission, credit/collection and internal control policies.
  • Manages Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing and HIM departments.
  • Recommends strategies to respond to projected regulatory changes. 
  • Reconciles the general ledger accounts
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • 3-5 years of mangement experience preferably in a hospital setting

  • Thorough knowledge of accounting, finance, reimbursement, budgeting, credit and collections as it relates to healthcare
