As a Customer Care Representative you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers answering questions, resolving issues, and work closely with other departments when appropriate. The right person must maintain a proficient knowledge of products and services and have excellent oral and written communication skills. This position will require working some evenings and weekends.
High school diploma or the equivalent
One year of customer service or call center experience or equivalent work experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
